Sharing art creates opportunities for others to feel seen, connected & understood.  As artists, we become so familiar with sharing our work that that it can be easy to lose sight of it’s true value.

Drawing on techniques such as mindfulness-based mediation, sound therapy & embodiment; this guided experiential session will reacquaint you with what it feels like when art lands in your body. 

This workshop is best experienced with headphones, a blanket / cosy cushions & somewhere to lie down where you will be undisturbed.
