During Women’s Work 2021 we will premiere a virtual performance of ‘Running Up That Hill’ by the legendary Kate Bush.

We circulated an open call to women and underrepresented genders to be part of this mass performance piece in support of Women's Aid. Katie Richardson is the musical director on this project will lead our community to play together, sing together and raise the virtual roof.

The output of this collaborative project will be a jigsaw video premiere showcasing the voices, faces and wealth of creative talent in Northern Ireland. It will be showcased via YouTube Music.

Our designated charity is Women's Aid NI - a charity who support and provide vital services to women and children who have experienced domestic violence. During lockdown, an alarming 32,000+ domestic abuse crimes against women and children have been reported - accounting for 19.1% of all police recorded crime. The situation in Northern Ireland is deteriorating for our women and children and we must do all we can to support them. Please donate now - your support is vital.
